What is an IEP?

An Individualised Education Programme (IEP) is a personalised learning plan created especially for your child. It is developed through close collaboration between our teachers, therapists, and you, because parents know their children best.

Each IEP clearly outlines:

• Your child’s current abilities and areas where support is needed
• Teaching strategies designed specifically for your child
• Realistic and meaningful learning goals
• Therapies and support services provided at school
• Ongoing progress monitoring, with adjustments as your child grows

How We Create Your Child’s IEP

We begin by getting to know your child as a whole, not just academically, but socially and emotionally too. Our team carefully reviews:

• Educational assessments
• Therapy reports (Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and more)
• Your observations, concerns, and hopes as a parent

Using this information, we design a personalised six-week learning cycle tailored to your child’s needs. The plan is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains effective and responsive.

Every six months, we provide a detailed progress report and invite parents to meet with our team to celebrate achievements, discuss progress, and plan next steps together.
