Enrolling your child at Saint Clare School is the first step toward a personalised, structured, and supportive learning experience. To begin the enrollment process, we require families to complete and submit the following forms:

  2. Application Form for the Immersion Programme (if applicable)

These documents help us understand your child’s background, ensure all necessary prerequisites are in place, and formally process their admission into the appropriate programme.

1. Student Case History

This comprehensive document contains all required forms and checklists for enrollment. It includes:

  • Student and parent information form

  • Emergency contact details

  • Medical and therapy background

  • Consent for school policies and permissions

  • Required documents checklist (e.g. medical reports, psychological assessments, photos, birth certificate)

Important: Please ensure that all pages are filled out completely and signed where indicated. Attach all necessary documents listed in the checklist before submission.

2. Immersion Programme Application Form

This form is required if you are applying for a trial-based Immersion Programme, which allows parents and students to experience the Saint Clare environment before committing to long-term enrollment. It covers:

  • Student profile and current placement (if any)

  • Developmental and behavioural observations

  • Family’s goals for the immersion period

  • Consent and payment details for trial participation

The Immersion Programme is designed to help both families and educators determine if Saint Clare School is the right fit for your child’s long-term learning needs.

Pre-Course Counselling

Pre-course counselling is an essential step before a prospective student applies to Saint Clare. It provides students and their parents or guardians with detailed information about the school, its programs, and available courses. This session helps families understand academic expectations, support services, and the overall learning environment.

The main goal is to guide families in making informed decisions. Parents can learn about the curriculum, teaching methods, and extracurricular opportunities, while also asking questions and clarifying concerns. It is not only about sharing information but also about ensuring that Saint Clare is the right fit for each student’s needs and aspirations.

Attending pre-course counselling is important because choosing a school is a significant decision. It empowers parents with knowledge, reduces uncertainty, and builds confidence. Ultimately, it prepares students to begin their studies with clarity and support, laying the foundation for success at Saint Clare.

Note: Student’s Pass application usually takes 4- 6 weeks, depending on ICA. Should the Student’s Pass application be rejected, an appeal may be submitted.  If the appeal is not successful, the admission process shall be terminated.
